British police say a stabbing west of London through which a person attacked a young person with a baseball hat and knife whereas hurling racist abuse is being treated as a terrorist incident “impressed by the far-proper.”
A 50-yr-previous man from the village of Stanwell, near Heathrow Airport, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of tried homicide and racially aggravated public order offenses. A 19-yr-previous man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Neil Basu, head of counter-terrorism policing, stated Sunday that while the investigation was simply starting, the incident had “hallmarks of a terror event.” He added “police are committed to tackling all types of poisonous extremist ideology.”
