Torrence Brown arrested for alleged Houston train and bus attacks


HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) —

Police have arrested a man who was accused of two vicious attacks involving METRORail and a bus.

Police say Torrence Donell Brown, 35, attacked a pair out of nowhere, punching and kicking the person and then hitting the lady. Investigators have now tied him to another attack.

HPD stated they acquired a tip about Brown’s whereabouts on Saturday and have been capable of catch him. He’s now in custody.

In line with METRO police, the primary attack occurred at the Preston Station Rail platform on New Yr’s Eve.

On Thursday, police stated Brown attacked a person as he boarded a bus close to the Eastex Freeway. Brown allegedly stood up and simply starting hitting the passenger.

Each attacks have been random and unprovoked. We all know Brown has a violent background, with a least five earlier assault fees.
