Docs say if you end up hitting snooze so much, it’s time to try your sleep habits.
“Just be sure to are getting seven to eight hours of adequate sleep and good high quality sleep,” stated Dr. Reena Mehra of the Cleveland Clinic.
Should you really feel the necessity to hit snooze many times, it’s an indicator that you are either not getting enough quality sleep or you’ll have an underlying sleep problem
