HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A now former medical administrative employee at Memorial Hermann is accused of stealing financial info of unsuspecting patients who have been paying for their medical providers.

Based on courtroom documents, 26-yr-previous Elliot Phylow confessed to investigators and stated he paid for meals at Papa Johns and Outback Steakhouse, rides to and from work, and a few months of his lease.
