City of Kemah preparing for police chief Chris Reed’s memorial service


LEAGUE CITY, Texas (KTRK) — The town of Kemah and surrounding communities are getting ready to pay their respects to Kemah Police Chief Chris Reed.

The service can be held on Friday at Clear Creek Group Church, situated at 999 FM 270 (Egret Bay), at 10 a.m.

In what is predicted to be an emotional service, 500 regulation enforcement officers are expected to attend.

Reed’s quick household, together with his daughter Logan and his wife Jana, will deliver messages honoring the previous Army paratrooper’s life.

“I feel that may be a very good tribute,” stated Kemah Metropolis Council member Robin Collins. “I feel for anyone who cannot make it to the church or needs to stand on the street and pay farewell.”

There may even be a far-lengthy funeral procession that may cross by totally different spots across the metropolis that have been essential to the chief.
